I'm an express entry applicant. I received nomination from Nova Scotia an d applied fro PR in February, 2017. Due to divorce with my wife I could not provide the medical of my child. Now the VO requested an acknowledgement letter from me to sign and upload. There is a place for signature from a witness. Can anybody tell me who can be the witness? Should it be any person or must be a notary or any other special person?
