i applied online for pr renewal, and i met r/o 730 days, but which is about 735 days
i stayed in my home country continuously app.3 years
i entered canada recently and renewed my pr card and i left and came back to my home country.
'After a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that additional information is needed before a final decision can be made, as it currently does not comply with the requirements to be issued a permanent resident card.'
today i got email that i need to mail them extra docs e.g. whole pages of passport,entry record,work history etc.,
does anyone have same situation and mailed this,
if i mail them will i get new pr card w/o any problem.
also,is it okay to mail those docs from outside of canada to case processing centre in sydney.
i really don't understand why i'm not qualified even i met r/o of more than 730 days.
