additional dependants form

If the sponsored person has no additional dependants do they still need to submit the form with N/A on the answer areas or simply don't submit it at all - don't check the box on the document checklist and write N/A beside the box?

simple questions but when you don't know the answer .... I'm sure most of us have been here before
