Hi EVERYONE,

My Father is the principal applicant for Permanent Residence application, and my mother (spouse) and my two brothers will accompanying. However, We are more than 6 Family members, but not accompanying. My Question is,, DO MY FATHER MUST COMPLETE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED FORM?

No, if there are less than 5 dependents in the application, you don't require the form.
