ADDITION FAMILY INFORMATION-IMMEDIATE HELP REQUIRED

HI,
my question is regarding the Additional Family Information form (MM5406)

facts: Me and my wife are supposed to fill this document as specified that the primary application and the spouse shall complete the form .

THE QUESTION :

when my wife (spouse) is filling the form, is she supposed to put her name in the "primary Applicant" column and my name in the "spouse" Column.
I am confused because if in HER form we put her name as the primary applicant then it is contradictory as the PRIMARY APPLICANT is ME.
If we put MY name in her form as the Primary applicant then , we cannot put her parents' names as there is no option for In-laws.

please advise !!!!!

Do not get overwhelmed by this form...doesn't matter who is the principal applicant when you are filling out the additonal Family information form.
For her write her name as the applicant, you as the spouse and all her parents/siblings/kids information.

For you, write your name as the applicant, her as your spouse and all your parents/siblings/kids information.

As simple as that !

It says applicant and not the primary applicant.

So when you filling you are applicant.
When your wife she is applicant.
