Hi everyone,
I am filling out the EE application details and have a couple of questions. Hope you can help me with them. The story is:
I was working with Company B. At the moment when I started working with Company B in my country of origin, all of our documents(contract/payrolls) were signed by Company A.
I signed the contract with company A as a web developer, where it was described that I have to work with Company B's website.
Company A was only handling all my payrolls.
Company B: all my tasks were assigned by Company B's manager, as I worked with them directly and I received the Reference Letter directly from them.
My questions are:
1. Which company should I put as an employer? I only have the Reference Letter from Company B. Can I write down that I was working for "Company B via Company A"?
There is no chance to get a reference letter from Company A cause this company was created only to pay payrolls in my country of origin.
2. Do I need to write an explanation letter to explain my situation to the cic officer?
I just don't wanna confuse the officer.
Would be glad to hear your suggestions! Thanks!
