My timeline is as follows:

AOR : Dec 21, 2018
Marriage : Jan 03, 2019
1st CSE : Jan 08, 2019
MEP : Not Yet
2nd CSE : Feb 08, 2019
IP1 : Feb 12, 2019

after wait for 1 month to get document request for spouse and my updated application
2nd CSE: Feb 27, 2019 (No response for this from IRCC)

almost 3 months after 1st CSE----on Apr 10,2019 still waiting to add spouse.

Hi.. I am in similar situation. I raised CSE to add spouse on 13th March. Even after 35 days still waiting for them to ask for additional documents for my husband.

got request for below additional documents on 17th April 2019 and they gave one week to submit (24,april,2019)

separate imm5406 for me, spouse
marriage certificate
passport,/birth certificate

Hello, I am under similar circumstances FSW-O. Applied from UAE and then moved to US. Updated CIC about my movement on 22 MAR

My AOR is 17 SEPT 2018
Married on 13 OCT 2018
Spouse added to profile on 29 NOV 2018
Additional Medical Furtherance request for spouse on 17 JAN 2019 , submitted on 26 JAN 2019
My current status is IP2 from FEB 2019

- Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

- Review of medical results: We are reviewing your medical results.

- Review of additional documents: We are reviewing your additional documents .

- Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

- Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

-Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision

1.any one have more information about adding all required documents (police clearance, e-mediacal, other documents) as they asked only marriage certificate, passport, imm 5406 forms

2.were they asked above mentioned documents(marriage certificate, passport, imm 5406 forms) to add my spouse to my existing PR application now.

3. will they ask more or all required documents in future? (police clearance, e-mediacal, marriage photos, )

really confusing, someone please help

Hey,

Do upload all the required documents including PCC, medicals and other requested documents. You can merge them into one PDF and then upload them.

Even we had a similar situation and our law firm had merged all the documents into one PDF and sent it to them.

Yes your spouse will be added to your current profile.

2. did you filled any application forms other than imm5406
3. pls provide documents list you uploaded for adding spouse as single attachment

Hi, Im not sure about IMM 5406 as this was submitted by the law firm.

As per the list of documents, Try to include your marriage certificate,(Marriage pics not mandatory) , Medicals, PCC , IMM 5406 for you and your spouse, It wouldn't matter to send an additional document , Passport copy. I presume thats it.
