Adding spouse to application while my application is in process!please help!

Hi Guys,

I Got my SINP (provincial nominee 6 months ago) and applied for federal PR under skilled worker, Now i am in Pakistan for a visit and just got married to my fiance. I have got my federal file number 2 months ago and cic sent me an email to submit Landing fee and police clearance from Pakistan.As i recently got married and wants to add my wife to my application. I really have no idea how it works and what do i require to do now. Please help!
