Please I need assistance in the house.
My pr application is currently in progress. I have passed my medicals. But I am now married. I have notified the cic of this change.
My major issue is that before we got married, my spouse did a customary marriage in my country Nigeria (the marriage was not registered in court) so when applying to come visit me in Canada in 2017 he swore an affidavit that he did a customary marriage which has now been dissolved outside court( by mutual consent and bride price has been returned) but my marriage certificate is showing bachelor.. will that affect my pr application..?
I have notified the cic that he won’t be accompanying me to Canada because I don’t want any delay in my application but however I know he will be made to do a medical and police report. So I don’t know if this will affect my application which is currently in progress.
Lastly he made three applications to the US for visit and was denied, will this affect me as well
