Adding Spouse to an Existing Pnp File Transferred to Seattle

Hope everyones doing well,
So i Applied April 2011 and August 2012 i added my spouse as i got married,
I know it would add time to my existing file, But Just wondering what i can expect as for timeline.
I have submitted all the Paperwork ,
What Next? ;D
