Adding Spouse time period while your application in process

I am inland applicant for PR. I recently got married and will be adding my spouse. How much time does one have to update his status to CIC and add spouse case? I know one has to do that asap but is there any maximum time period within which you must update CIC?

There is no hard and fast rule as such. They will ask you on your PPR if your conditions have changed, including marriage. If you say yes then, then your PR will e delayed. So, don't wait to update CIC, do it as soon as you can gather all documents.

No Idea abt Max allowed Time , But will suggest you do it ASAP (as later on it will delay your PR process only )
