adding spouse : sinp

my friend got SINP approval letter(Nomination). He went to india for his marriage,now he want to add his spouse's name in the federal PR file. He went to SINP office, they said they cant do anything now after he received the SINP...So now my question is can he submit the federal file with the spouse's name on it ? what to do? Please guide me.

Yes he can add spouse, no need to get new nomination from province.. CIC wont create any issue.. if u need source of this information, let me know.. i wll provide..make sure to add spouse before he send app to CIC

Hi, i had got my sinp and now I want to apply for my spouse on a open work permit. Is it possible now? I already tried applying for it before i got my pnp and also did get refused 3times ...need some help plz

I got nomination my wife name is also there
U just applied federal part

My wife refused 2 times for an open workpermit

So my question can I apply again for her

Does it will make any help to approve visa this time as she got nominated with me .
