hey Guys.. i have applied for PR application on 29 nov 2011 under the b.c pnp (economic class).. 8th may 2012 i got request for my med's and sent in may itself.. 30th july 2012 got request for landed fee but at that time i was married to a student here in canada.. so i informed CIC bout it and did not pay any fees as CIC advised.. n we sent her file including medicals as well on 8th nov 2012.. still waiting for my p.r :'(.. Can anybody plz share how much time its gonna take in my case if someone been through this situation. I'll appreciate the responses..Thankyou and have a great day

It generally seems to add 4-6 months onto the process. So I'd expect you'll be hearing something in the next month or two.

If you haven't ordered your GCMS notes, you might wish to do so. That would tell you the status of your application (well, the information will be ~ 30 days old by the time you get it, but it still gives you more insight than the usual CIC silence.)
