Hi guys. I received my PPR today and I need to change my marital status to married as at the time of ITA I was single. But I don't want to add my spouse now in my pr file as she is already on work permit in Canada and we have decided to do that later. Is it possible to get the file submitted as married without accompanying spouse and also will they revoke my PPR for now will it take additional time

Yes, They will revoke your PR and you have to submit all your spouses documents such as medicals and PCC.
You cant exclude her as she is already in Canada and you cannot inform them that she is not accompanying you .

Recently one person got a Procedural Fairness letter as he also mentioned his wife is unaccompanying when she is already in canada on a Open work permit.

It would take more than 2 months based on the documents you provide and if there require additional tests, then it might even take more than 6 months.
