Adding spouse after getting PNP nomination

While creating express entry profile we decided that I will file alone and later apply for spouse sponsorship.
I have also applied for PNP nomination. I am thinking to give one last try to get high score in IELTS exam.

What if I get PNP nomination before getting my IELTS score and if I am able to score high in IELTS exam which will help me to increase my CRS score. Will I be able to add my wife in the application later (i.e. afer getting PNP nomination and ITA)

what are the chances and RISK?

but if you get pnp before why do u worry about high scores. but i would say that u shud update ur latest test.
