adding spouse after getting medical notification under FSW inside canada

Hi all,

I applied for PR on FSW from inside canada and I got medical request already this week. i got married last week. what should i do to add my wife to my PR application or is there any possibilities to apply for an open work permit for my wife since i am on a work permit until next year november. which one is better?? seniors please advice.

You MUST add your wife to your FSW application. Go through all of the forms again and re-do any forms where you must now list your wife / list that you are married. Submit these forms to CIC along with a letter stating that you are now married. Also submit all of the required evidence/supporting documents for her and your marriage (including a copy of her passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, her police clearances, etc.). Again, you must add your wife to your FSW application.

You can apply for an open work permit for her separately if you wish - assuming you have a skilled job in Canada.
