Hello, I am in the process of a PR application (provincial nominee program), and my wife and I recently did our biometrics. My wife gave birth and I want to include my kid in the application as an accompanying dependent. I created an IRCC webform for this, and when IRCC replied their response was for a situation when the child is born in Canada whereas we are not yet in Canada. I may have made a mistake while submitting the webform. Has anyone experienced this before? please I need assistance on how to do it correctly.

If you child is born in Canada, he is not dependent on your application. He is already Canadian citizen. All you have to do is send copy of birth certificate through webform.
