Okay folks. I have been following this forum for a while now and I must thank you for all your valued inputs. I have been planning to apply through EE for a long time but have not been able to do so. I took IELTS on 24 Sep 2016 so it will be 2 year old on 24th of this month. I have all my documents ready for EE but my wife's WES evaluation is stull underway. Can I create a profile for myself for now and add her in as soon as the ECA is received? Same goes for 4-month-old. I do not have his passport yet can I add him once the passport is made and just apply on my own so that the IELTS doesn't expire.

TIA

Have you created the EE profile already?
If not I suggested you try retake the IELTS again..
IELTS will be accepted as along as it was valid at the time of submitting the application post the ITA....

I haven't. Are you saying since IELTS will expire in 20 days, I would not be able to create EE profile as it expire by the time I receive ITA?

If you do not have a valid language score the chances are that your EE profile will become ineligible... A new IELTS score may have different scores for you for each module as well which may effect your CRS score +vely or -vely.....

e.g. Once you create your EE profile lets say today.. you get an invite in the draw tomorrow... By the time you submit all your documents for your PR application, it will take a few days to gather all the documents such as PCC, Work Experience - Letter of Reference, Medical Test(you have to provide the receipt), ECA, Proof of Funds etc... and you may end up submitting your application after 24 Sep....
If you submit expired documents, application will be refused (at the R10 - Document completeness Check)..
In my own case, I had given the same IELTS in end of April 2016, IELTS would expire by end of April 2018. i received the ITA in March 2018 and was able to submit the documents in the first week of April 2018.
