ADDING DEPENDANT ON GENERIC FORM IF DEPENDANY ALREADY CANADIAN?

HI I HAVE A QUESTION -
I'M FILLING IN AN INLAND APPLICATION FOR MY HUSBAND, AND I HAVE A QUESTION!
WOULD I LIST OUR DAUGHTER AS A DEPENDENT ON HIS FORM - GENERIC APPLICATION?

In the Generic Form when i press Add Dependant this is what it says :

You must provide the following details about each of the family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include your spouse, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent resident or citizens of Canada.

HIGHLIGHT THE LAST POINT : who are not already permanent resident or citizens of Canada.

MY BABY IS ALREADY A CANADIAN CITIZEN, AND I HAVE HER PASSPORT. WE HAVE LISTED HER IN ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION, BUT SHE WOULDNT BE INCLUDED IN THE GENERIC APPLICATION FORM RIGHT? PLEASE ADVISE YOU GUYS...

ALSO, IM A NATURALIZED CANADIAN BUT I DONT HAVE MY UCI NUMBER.. IS IT OK IF I LEAVE IT BLANK?

If she is a canadian citizen already then you don't need to include her as a dependant as she doesnt need to be sponsored.

Hi,

As to leaving the UCI number blank, we did the same and didn't have any problems. My husband didn't know where his number was so we just said it was unkown. The sponsorship still got approved.

I AM A PERMANENT RESIDENT AND SPONSERING MY WIFE WHO IS ALREADY IN CANADA ON A WORK PERMIT, IN THE APPLICATION IT IS ASKING IF THE MAIN APPLICANT (MY WIFE) "HAS ANY DEPENDANTS? LIST ALL THE FAMILY MEMBER" SHOULD I ADD MY NAME IN THE DEPENDANT AS I AM ALREADY A PERMANENT RESIDENT? I AM REALLY CONFUSED WITH THIS QUESTION. ALSO, OURR DAUGHTER IS A CANADIAN CITIZEN BY BIRTH DOES SHE HAVE TO BE ADDED TOO? AND IF NOT SHOULD I JUST SAY NO TO THE DEPENDANT QUESTION?
