I recently submitted an Express Entry application. During the time of application, my wife was already pregnant with our first son (who is due in a week or two). I disclosed this information in my application under other information rather than adding him as a dependent (since he is not yet born: He still doesn't have his birth certificate and passport). Now, I have received a letter asking me to do the following:
1. Pay the processing fee for each accompanying child
2. Update Generic Application form for Canada (IMM 0008) and Additional Family Information Form (IMM 5406)
3. Submit the child's birth certificate and valid passport.
4. Police cert (only if over 18 years old)
5. Medical Certificate
I have already accomplished step 1 but I cannot seem to figure out where to get forms IMM0008 and IMM5406. Would anyone happen to know where I can find the said forms?
