Add newborn baby to my application

Hello Folks,
My application of PNP has been submitted to Sydney Case Processing Centre. We postponed our medical check because my wife was pregnant. Now we have our newborn baby and his Canadian birth certificate. However, I cannot find how to update information of our newborn baby. Could you please help if you know how to do it.

Send CSE tru IRCC webform and inform them about the addition to ur family and attach the new birth cert.

Note: While answering the first question " type of application", pick "Overseas PR" even though u are in Canada.
