Add new born to Express Entry request

Hi,

If anyone can help with below scenario it will be really helpful.
I had received PPR request on November 10th 2019. As my wife was pregnant, I sent a mail to CIC asking for extension for Passport submission. Got time till Feb 4th 2020.

My Wife delivered baby on 20th Dec in USA and I informed IRCC on 21st December about the same.
On 31st Dec, I received a request from IRCC to submit list of documents with 30 days or else my application will be rejected.
In US, birth certificate itself takes 4 weeks and then passport another 6 weeks.
Can someone provide their thoughts or anyone in similar situation ?

I am in similar situation but I have not informed IRCC yet planning to wait for few weeks so that I can obtain atleast birth certificate first. Hospital informed it will take almost 8 weeks for birth certificate to be issued because of covid.
