Actual time taken after Recieved at visa office

Hi to everyone ;D

Would like to know how much tiime it would take to complete the entire process after the status "Received at visa office" ies New Delhi.[flash=200,200][/flash]

And meanwhile in the system my address has just vanished a week ago. Can anyone tell me how and why?
