@Taran D @legalfalcon if anyone can please answer my query that would be really helpful.

So here’s my case:

I have been in Canada on a LMIA exempt closed work permit since NOV 2022 and now I am the principal applicant who have applied for PR through NBPNP Express Entry and my AOR is MAR 2024.

My dependant daughter arrived in Canada as a visitor on APR 2024.

She received a medical request (since she did not travel to Canada within 6 months of her original IME) which she gave here after landing in Canada in APR 2024.

Then, her XR showed a small patch on her lungs because of which IRCC asked further tests which is sputum test and re XR after 3 months.

The sputum test came out to be positive and then she immediately got a call from public health asking her questions if she has any symptoms. But she never has any symptoms but now active tb is detected.

The positive sputum test result was immediately sent to IRCC after which they further asked for TB specialist report.
We met the TB specialist and he has now given her a treatment for active tb which will last for 6 months which she has already started.

But the problem is that her visitor visa status expires in 3 months and my closed work permit as well as my spouses open work permit expires by the end of the year.

we are not sure how will we able to complete her treatment to get a clear report from the TB specialist since we will be out of status soon.

If we apply for BOWP and visitor record will that get denied on the grounds of medical inadmissibility? Please help!!
