How long after your partner receives PR do you need to move back to Canada? I know it states that you need to move back immediately but I would assume you would at least have some time? I know for others I have heard they have 4 months to activate PR but they had applied through PNP not family class. Any info would help. Thanks

This applies to the Canadian citizen who is sponsoring as well? So basically if PR is given February 2015, and the applicants medical expires October 2015, both the applicant and sponser have until then to activate it?
