Yes, bring a list of everything you are bringing to Canada now or in the future (e.g., if you left things behind you will bring later). Fill out the B4 form if you can (C:\Ceani's Files\Financial & legal\Documents\Docs - US) although they usually accept other formats too.
They will usually ask how much money you are taking in at the border. However, if you have 10,000 CAD or more with you in currency or monetary instruments you must declare it upfront (when they ask you what you are bringing in).
