Hi! My husband applied TR to PR non Essential stream last June. Then in August I applied for an open work permit as there is a policy that allows dependents of TR to PR applicants to obtain a work permit. On Dec 1 I received an email that I must submit my spouse's offer letter with NoC 0,A,B with deadline Dec 31. I consulted a lawyer since my husband's job is NOC C. I was told that my application will be refused. So I haven't submitted anything to IRCc. Then on Dec 21 I received a letter that a final decision was made and my application was APPROVED. I have an approval letter but my status says "Your Action is Required." I'm so confused. What does this mean?
