Hello i been granted refugee for the past 2 years . ( never returned to my country of origin before ) . my mother passed away now i have to return in order to sort out inheritance matters.
i would need a national id which expired for awhile in order to sort out my things almost all administrative procedures require a national id as i am a dual citizen and foreign is not recognized and usually they ask you that at customs in airport since i am still citizens to my country of origin
would that make ircc scrutinize my case .
ive been reading through this forum and never seen a thread in regards of this matter its only about passports.
