Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) - timescale

Afternoon all,

This question has probably been asked many times before but was wondering if anyone had an idea of how log it normally takes to receive and AOR email?

Our application pack was received and signed for on 3rd May but as yet we have heard nothing back
