acknowledgement of receipt and medical examination timing

Once you apply for PR under the CEC class, Is the medical examination form coming always at the same time than the AOR (or slightly after - read this in other threads)? or does it sometimes come before you receive the AOR?
Also, is it right that you have 60 days to submit the medical results and what happened if you can't do the x-ray because you're pregnant. Do they allow you a delay?

If you apply Under CEC, Medical request come after completion of Criminality, Eligiblity etc.
For current applicants Medical Requests are coming atleast after 7-8 months of applying. So you dont need to worry.
