ACK LETTER

Hi guys... I sent my application end of FEB and they received March 3td... ECASE shows they sent ACK letter and book on march 3rd... But ididnt get anything... What should i do?


My Case:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 3, 2014.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 3, 2014. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on April 9, 2014.

probably means acknowledgement (ACK) letter...

Actually, that date does not mean anything. I don't know why they keep posting those dates. They did not send you anything on March 3, 2014.

They send the letter/book when they start processing your application, which in your case is April 9, 2014. All correspondences issued by CIC are mailed through regular mail, so expect it to take a couple of days/weeks for you to receive it.

My e-CAS shows that they sent me the book/letter in November, when they received my app.
I received the letter in March and the date stated on it was the date they started processing my application.
