Can anyone advise as to how accurately I'm able to check the status of my application via the IRCC hotline? Currently when I check, it says that my application has been received and that the assessment of my eligibility hasn't started yet so I assume it's still processing?
If my application is approved or denied, will I be able to check this via the hotline and will this update as soon as the application status changes?
Long story, but essentially this is the only way I'm currently able to check the status of my application as I don't have access to it online. Based on predicted processing times I'm expecting an answer on my application soon and I'm currently working in Canada on maintained status while I wait so need to know immediately if the application is approved or denied.
