Account gone after AOR

Hi all,

Need a help. I got my AOR on 6th Jan. I've hired consultants (unfortunately) but I had access to my account since I had created account and EE profile.

Today I got a message that my application number xxxx is linked to another account and I can no longer see my submitted application.

All I can see is the account message. The consultants are on leave today and I'm quite worried.

Hi,

Since u hired consultant, he might have shifted ur account to his account,

Consultant will have a constant watch.

That would be my best guess.
