Hi there, I always read some forums in this site and learned many things from you guys. I need help, I applied under CEC last 2013 and only last week I received different request from CIC including medical. But my husband wont cooperate anymore. Can I still withdraw his application and proceed with my application including my 2 children? What will I do? Can anyone share the same experience with mine? Thank you!

Your husband needs to pass the medical in order for your PR visa to be approved. The only way to get around this is if you are either divorced or legally separated from your husband. If you are divorced or legally separated from your husband, you'll need to provide proof to CIC.

if you have genuinely made effort to make your husband available for examination and have failed ; you may explain the same to CIC

your husband for lack of examination willl be considered under excluded relationship and cannot be sponsored later

both accompanying and on accompanying family members must be examined for the purpose of immigration
