Accompanying dependents waiting to get back Passport/COPR/PR Visa outside Canada

Hi everyone,

I received an email from CIC to submit passports for PR visa to Ottawa office and my dependents ( wife and son ( less than 1 yr old )) to Islamabad High Commission on 6th June,2014. We did so in next couple of weeks.After a wait of almost 2.5 months and sending 4 emails, I got a reply on 3rd Sep 2014 from Ottawa office that my application is being finalized and I will get my passport back next day.I infact got the passport back next day but my dependents back home are still waiting since 20th June ( when they submitted their passports ) to get their COPR and passport back.It has been over four months now and there is apparently no communication channel other than webform available on Canadian High Commission,Islamabad website.

I also completed the landing on 13th Sep 2014 by travelling to US and became PR.

Do you guys have any idea , what should be done about it ? How can I find out the status of my wife and son's passport ?

Is there anyone else who is in similar situation.

This address what I see on CIC site , Why don't you try all communication channels for response .
