My wife got ITA under CEC applied showing non accompanying.Do she need to show accompanying or proceed with SOWP because I want to be with her as soon as possible.
Does her CRS score go up or down with change to accompanying? If doesn’t go down and still meets draw then change to unaccompanying. This doesn’t allow you to come to Canada until you have COPR. SOWP is dependant on the number of refusals you have had, if you live in home country and can show strong ties.
But your spouse now has ITA. If she changes her application to accompanying what is her CRS score. Chances of SOWP when she has ITA and then PR are slim.I had 3 SOWP refusal under section 200(1)
Yes and SOWP can be just as long. You have been refused 3 times already. You need to show strong ties to your home. Do you live in your home country? It's above the crs score If am changing but the issue is the processing time around 1 year.
No I am not living in my home countryWhat were the reasons for refusal - was it not strong enough ties or can't show that you would return home - for the 3 refusals. If so, now you don't live in your home country.
So you know why then. Can you address the reasons? The rejection was due to 205 c(ii) and 200 (i)
