Accomodation Toronto (Scarborough and York) for April 2019

Please advise if you're aware of any place where I can stay either in Scarborough or North York.I am coming to Canada as a student this April and looking for a fully furnished house.
I'm ok paying upto 1000$ but need a fully furnished house.

You have to be more specific with requirements. Go on kijiji.ca and search just to check the prices, a house for 1000 is not likely.
Recommend you get temporary AirBnb and then search while you are here because it is not safe to pay while you are abroad.
