Hey guys, I have a family friend living near the college i got admission from, and i wanted to ask you if it would be of a great financial support for him to host me during my entire studies, and if yes how can i include this information in my application in order to convince the visa officer?

You can include the information but you still need to show proof of funds for living expenese. IRCC may not consider this “gift” as it is a friend who can kick you out at any time.
