how the accommodation work in Toronto.
i.e can i take an apartment of 2bhk and share it with my friends or every one needs to take separate room

It really depends on your landlord. Some landlords will allow an illegal number of people to live in an apartment - and others will kick you out if you try this. Talk to your landlord before moving in.

Sorry but thats like asking whats the odds of winning the lottery. You will only find out when you find an apartment and check the rental conditions. Wont be easy finding an apartment anyway unless spending mega dollars as demand is high.

As stated above - there's no answer to this question. You need to find a landlord who is OK with breaking the rules. It's impossible for any of us to say whether you'll be able to do that. To be safe, you should assume you will not be able to find an illegal rental situation and will have to follow the rules.

It depends entirely on the owner. You can find an apartment and share it with as many people as you want as long as the owner is ok with that. If you are looking for a basement, it's the same thing. Some owners provide internet and some don't. Make sure you ask them if the wifi is included in the rent.
