Hello,
So I made the mistake of creating my own PR portal when I got the COPR email asking me for all that information to create the portal. I don't know why I did it, but none the less the mistake was made and here we are.
My question is, what can I do to fix this issue? I got the email over a month ago (December 4th) and haven't heard a word since. I have sent in a web form both form my own profile and from the IRCC website, I have emailed the one it says in their email to contact if there are issues. I have seen both that some people say they will use another email to create a new profile separate from the one I created, others say they will just attach my application to the one I have created.
It is getting to the point where I am really worried something might have gone really wrong. We have been stuck in Canada waiting for this for so long and would really love to go home and visit family or even simply go on holidays but have been unable to leave due to this process.
We have bridging, and I believe we can leave on that, but what happens if PR gets approved while we are gone? Has it already been approved?
Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
