Hi! I am trying to applying for a Visa for Canada. I am Dominican but currently living in Portugal. I must apply for the Visa at the Canadian Embassy in Paris. The only problem is that a prepaid envelope is required and Portuguese Postal Service does not have that service. Another alternative referred in the website is the international prepaid envelope of Chronopost but they also informed me it does not exist here. Do you know if UPS or Fed-EX are accepted? An alternative would be to have a carrier pick the passport on return but the embassy would have to call us or the carrier when the visa is ready. DO they do that? Thanks for your help!
