Accepted for a Working Holiday but I can't depart now

Hi guys,
I'm Italian and my request for a Working Holiday Visa was accepted. I've to enter in Canada before the 30/06/2016 but this year is a big issue for me to depart.Can i will apply again for a Working Holiday Visa in the future if I never entered in Canada and I never used my visa ?

Italy only allowed one time participation.

My guess is that if you were issued a visa - this means you have used up your one participation chance regardless of whether you actually come to Canada or not. But I could very well be wrong.

1. You are right, it is a case of use or lose it.
