Hello Seniors,
with regards to the backlog elimination news, I am one of the affected applicant
CIC had sent letters somewhere in 2010 to few/all backlog cases asking their interest in migrating to Canada and applicants have accordingly replied with their acceptance/withdrawal.
Does this letter hold any value now???? or everything is now dumped by them
