Acceptance or rejection of visa

Hi,
I have applied for open work permit on 26th Sept 2014.Today i received e-mail stating that,"Your processed passport has been dispatched " I didn't receive any mail regarding medical exam nor regarding acceptance or rejection.I am confused whether my visa is accepted or rejected.Can you please help me...

Hi,

My wife also applied for the open work permit, and received an email stating that "We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 10 Oct 2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre."

But she has not gone through medical exam. Is her visa rejected or accepted?

Even I got the same reply and my visa was rejected a week back.
