Good afternoon, I am new on this platform and will like to ask certain questions here. I submitted my application on the 7th is September few days after the application was open to University of Victoria and University of Calgary. I applied for Masters of Educational Psychology at University of Victoria and Masters of Science (Thesis Based) Counseling Psychology at University of Calgary. I have a bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology from Babcock University, Nigeria with a second class upper(4.17). I will like to know what my chances are, because according to both schools, it is a competitive course so they review all applications at once and then send the offer letter in February 2019.
For the Masters program in University of Calgary I reached out to a potential supervisor even though the school said they’ll assign successful candidates to a supervisor, but I felt having a prior conversation will aid the admission process. Please is there anyone from the two schools or have any idea has to what my chances are. I know nobody can really tell but from experience I will like to have answers please. Thank you
