Probably this question has been asked before, but i couldn't find any relevant information.
I studied in Seneca for 2 years for a ECE program. Does this diploma count as secondary or not? I'm confused about this secondary, it should be bachelor or not?

Secondary is what is referred to in North America as high school. Post-secondary is college or university.
