Hi, I have pension savings for the last 12 years which amounts to far more than the proof of funds required. If I leave residency of my current country and do not acquire citizenship of the country, I am gauranteed payment of all funds including interest within the fund. I have a current pension statement and an official letter from the pensions board confirming cashing out of funds on leaving residency of the country. Does anyone know if that is an acceptable proof of settlement funds? This is in addition to equity in property which is also far more than what is required - the intention being to liquidate property on successfully approval of PR visa.

if you have redeemed your funds into your bank account it is a liquid asset and can be showed as pof.
Its good that you have the source confirmed, so it should be not a problem.
Property where you live can be a problem. Because it's not a liquid asset.
Think of this way, you can't sell your house to apply for PR and let's say you do sell and your case got rejected, where are you going to live.
But if you have a rental property, you can still show it as an asset, but again it's not a liquid asset, thus you cannot solely depend on it as pof.
