Accept NOI or wait for ITA ? -- Urgent guidance needed

Guys,

I have just reappeared IELTS and am very confident of scoring that how much is required to take my CRS above 450.

So, should I reject my NOI and wait for my IELTS results and then wait for ITA or should I accept the NOI ?

You have 6 months to accept the NOI and Apply to OINP.
You can wait for your result, also you cant reject NOI, if you dont want to apply just ignore it

Please suggest, should i wait for ITA or should i go ahead make the OINP application ?

My score is 405, i got NOI yesterday. I will wait for 2-3 draws to see if i get the ITA directly, if not i will still have the chance to apply for OINP next month after these 2-3 draws.
Meanwhile im going through OINP guide to preprare all documents required in case i went ahead with it. Once you decide to apply you have to create online account on OINP website and within 14 days of creating the account u must submit all documents but again u have 6 months to start account creation and submit docs...

you can ignore it for now and come back and start the profile and do the payments within the next 5-6 months

Thats not how it works. If the program closes then the noi would be useless. So be careful before deciding anything!

thats correct, we might lose the NOI at any minute if the quota is reached, however it was pointed out earlier in other discussions its very unlikely the quota will be reached anytime soon since the people who are +400 in the pool now is aroun 7000 while the quota is 5000.

for me i started collecting the OINP docs now as it will take sometime, in case i didnt get ITA by early june i will apply to OINP and i wont take a risk of wwaiting any longer.

That quota includes all three streams of oinp. Hcp, masters and phd. Don't forget and plan accordingly

Did you apply to OINP ? how was the process ?
