ACCA AND CAT Degree assessment

Hi guys,
I need some info regarding acca and cat.
I have done CAT and then ACCA.
Now I want evaluation from WES of ACCA, should I also submit CAT certification with it,
What difference can CAT make as I have heard ACCA is equivalent to 4 years bachelors in Canada can CAT make a diff to it.
