Can anybody who has applied through Employer Offer - International Student Stream help.... I have all the documents to apply for the ISJO but not confident on ACADEMIC YEAR is it for both 8 months / 12 months program...

- a degree or diploma from an eligible Canadian institution that takes at least two years to complete if pursued on a full-time basis; OR
- a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible Canadian institution that takes at least one year to complete if pursued on a full-time basis and that requires the completion of a degree as a prerequisite. This means that the completion of a degree must be listed as an admission requirement on the Canadian institution’s website.
In addition, applicants must have completed more than half of their studies while lawfully living and studying in Canada.
Note: Full-time study requires at least 15 hours of instruction per week during the academic year, including any period of training in the workplace that is part of your studies. Studies completed on a part-time basis may also qualify, if they are equivalent to at least one full-time academic year.
Can a person who has done 8 months program in Toronto apply ? College certificate says 1 year program.
